Each doctor's consultation fee is set in advance and shown at the desk. Nobody types a different amount at the counter.
A numbered receipt for every taka
Every payment gets a printed, serial-numbered receipt. Nothing is charged without a record.
Help when you need it
If the fee is hard for you, tell the front desk. Any reduction is recorded with its reason and who approved it.
Refunds handled properly
A refund is approved by the hospital administration — not by the person holding the cash — and recorded as its own entry.
