Al Ansar Hospital: care that remembers you
We built the hospital around one idea — that a patient should never have to start their story again.
Our story
One patient, one record, every visit
In most clinics, last month's prescription is on a slip of paper you may or may not have kept, and the test report is in someone else's drawer. The doctor starts again, and you repeat yourself.
Here, the front desk gives you a card number on your first visit. Every consultation, prescription, laboratory result and hospital stay is filed against it — so whoever sees you next starts from what is already known.

What we stand for
Three promises to every patient
Nothing is lost
Every visit, prescription and result is kept. Corrections are added, never written over.
Care that remembers you
One record per patient means the doctor starts from your history, not from scratch.
Privacy by design
Staff see only what their work needs, and every look at a record is recorded.

Our people
Doctors, nurses and technicians who work as one team
Reception, consultants, the laboratory and the wards all see the same record — each only the part their work needs. That is how a test ordered at noon reaches the lab, and its result reaches your doctor, without a single slip of paper.
